I LOVE my single cup coffee brewer.  I have stated this many times to many people!  It is great in a household where we are 2 people who do not drink coffee on an everyday basis but brewing an entire pot is way too much. What is also way too much is the cost of the coffee cups that you need to use in the brewer. I was excited to get this product to try and review.  It allowed me to use my own coffee flavors that I prefer, or if I bought whole bean coffee I ground it up and used the grounds in this single cup filter. There is a max fill line on the inside that allows you to put in as little coffee as you want or max fill capacity. The screening on the filter is so fine that it did not allow any grounds to escape like some other filters I have tried.  Also if you follow the fill allowance the grounds did not explode from the top either as I have had happen with others.  The lid seal was just tight enough to use but easy enough to open to fill or clean....

For those of you discerning coffee lovers out there who also prefer being more environmentally friendly, I really think this product is for you. I have probably done it all when it comes to coffee, the 12 cup brewer, the 8 cup brewer, the 4 cup brewer, the single cup brewer, the on the go brewer, the single coffee bag similar to teabags, the inexpensive and expensive coffee house coffees, etc, etc.  All of these methods being time consuming, expensive or just not true coffee tasting coffee (too weak, too strong, too bitter, not hot enough...). The real dreamy coffee taste I want to recreate are the coffees I had traveling through Europe.  I can still remember sitting in a cafe in Paris right near the Eiffel Tower a few years ago enjoying the sights and sounds of the Seine rushing by, tourist watching (although I was also a tourist) and enjoying a cup of coffee in the mid morning hours.  I had just about given up on the luxurious coffee taste of my overseas trips...

LBL. It happens to a lot of us.  Light Bladder Leakage.  You cough, you sneeze, you bend and all of sudden you feel a little wet.  I know.  It happened to me too. Its not a subject a lot of people feel comfortable discussing with their peers and maybe not even their doctors.  It is however a subject that needs discussing! I can't even tell you how many personal changes I was making in the course of a day, especially when I was constantly coughing or sneezing due to a cold or post nasal drip or sinus infection.  I note that for me the condition was much worse in the wintertime in the cold when I was wearing tons of layers and always felt like I had to go to the bathroom.  Well, thanks to Crowdtap and Poise, I feel a lot more comfortable and I understand the condition more.  I thought 'period' pads would help but they felt so bulky and uncomfortable.  Sitting behind a desk at work all day and a 2 hour commute each way has never helped...

As you can see I have been a very busy person with product reviews the past month and this one is  slightly different.  Its not food!  It actually helps after eating / drinking. The Listerine UltraClean product in Arctic Mint which I received seemed different than other Listerine products I have tried in the past.  It was lighter blue in color and smelled fresher and not medicinal. The first time I tried this product, I noted a difference in the taste as well as the overall feel of the product when rinsing.  I  followed the directions of the correct amount to use and the time to rinse of 30 seconds.  I then ran my tongue across my teeth and noticed a clean feeling that can only come after brushing, flossing and rinsing.  I used the product 2X a day and after about a week noticed a difference in the overall health of my mouth.  I no longer had a bad breath feel in the mornings upon waking because the product probably continued to work ...

Kleenex with Lotion Kleenex anti-viral Kleenex tissues have always been a staple in my home.  I cannot survive a cold winter without them.  And don't even ask me about allergy season.  I love all their products!  The Kleenex Tissues with lotion are especially important as I have sensitive skin and always get a red sore nose with a cold. (Think Rudolph).  Well with these tissues I get soothing relief while not having messy hands which also means no germ spread. They are gentle on my skin and tough on my nose blowing.  I also love that these are in the square box because that size is a real space-saver for me. The anti-viral Kleenex was soft and strong and different from the lotion version.  I had expected it to feel rough or have a scent due to the additives that are used for the anti-viral purposes, however the product was just as good if not better than other Kleenex! No scent, complete strength and no roughness on my sensitive nose...

So of all the samplings I am a part of, at this time of the year I love the ones where I receive foods to sample because I am always looking for that new and upcoming item to brag about! I have always found meat and cheese platters to be an easy way of entertaining, especially at the last minute.  Growing up Italian, we were never without some sorts of dried meats, salamis, sausages and various cheeses and crackers in the fridge and pantry. This week after Christmas, when the craziness started to settle and we were entertaining neighbors on Saturday night, I thought I would do something different from traditional cookies and coffee which we do all the time.  So I figured why not do a savory instead of a sweet visit? The Litter Genie is a genius product.  I'm not just saying that to be catchy or kitschy as the case may be.  This product is a must for cat owners!  I have had cats for a few years and always disliked the task of cleaning the litter box because there was always a lingering odor in the small space of the box no matter what. The Litter Genie is a very simple yet wonderful product that works to hold the odor in a confined space and trap it for up to 14 days. You basically scoop as usual and drop the clumps in the Litter Genie, close the lid, pull the trap door and voila - odor trapped until you dispose of it. Disposal is easy also.  Just open the bottom of the pail, cut the bag off with the built-in cutter, seal and dispose.  Then you pull down the plastic, knot at the bottom and you are ready for the next time you need to scoop the box. This Litter Genie works and is not oversized so you could easily fit it in a small corner or under a pedestal sink so ...
