Litter Genie - Genuine Genius




The Litter Genie is a genius product.  I'm not just saying that to be catchy or kitschy as the case may be.  This product is a must for cat owners!  I have had cats for a few years and always disliked the task of cleaning the litter box because there was always a lingering odor in the small space of the box no matter what.

The Litter Genie is a very simple yet wonderful product that works to hold the odor in a confined space and trap it for up to 14 days. You basically scoop as usual and drop the clumps in the Litter Genie, close the lid, pull the trap door and voila - odor trapped until you dispose of it.

Disposal is easy also.  Just open the bottom of the pail, cut the bag off with the built-in cutter, seal and dispose.  Then you pull down the plastic, knot at the bottom and you are ready for the next time you need to scoop the box.

This Litter Genie works and is not oversized so you could easily fit it in a small corner or under a pedestal sink so its not so visible.  With no odor from it, visitors and even you wont know its there.  It is convenient and easy to use and therefore a recommended product by me for any cat owners.

Dispose No More - CupVerdi REUSABLE Single Cup Coffee Filter

I LOVE my single cup coffee brewer.  I have stated this many times to many people!  It is great in a household where we are 2 people who do not drink coffee on an everyday basis but brewing an entire pot is way too much. What is also way too much is the cost of the coffee cups that you need to use in the brewer. I was excited to get this product to try and review.  It allowed me to use my own coffee flavors that I prefer, or if I bought whole bean coffee I ground it up and used the grounds in this single cup filter. There is a max fill line on the inside that allows you to put in as little coffee as you want or max fill capacity. The screening on the filter is so fine that it did not allow any grounds to escape like some other filters I have tried.  Also if you follow the fill allowance the grounds did not explode from the top either as I have had happen with others.  The lid seal was just tight enough to use but easy enough to open to fill or clean....
