Premium 12 Cup Silicone Muffin & Cupcake Baking Pan




For those bakers out there that want to try silicone bakeware or if you have tried it in the past and love it, this set is for all of you.

What can I say...#1 Its pink!  My favorite color for those of you who know me at all.  Then you know my girly side is the color pink.  I literally used to never wear anything but pink...but I digress.

I am here to write about this great product!  I have never tried silicone bakeware because I was worried about it being flimsy or burning or food sticking or any other reason because I was so used to cooking in those old aluminum muffin pans that were passed down for a few generations.

I was wrong! This cupcake/muffin pan was great!  I liked the bundle with the spatula and the basting brush and the paper liners because it meant I only needed to mix up a batter and make a batch of cupcakes.  The liners stayed upright and kept their shape so the sizing of the muffin wells was perfect.  I did use a flat baking sheet the first time I used the pan to ensure it was steady but the next time I realized it was sturdy enough. It is a product that is BPA free and heat resistant to 450 degrees (F).  I used it at 320 and did not have any fear that it would burn or melt.

The cupcakes came out perfectly and I recommend this product highly!

Although this item is dishwasher safe I preferred to wash it in warm soapy water and rinse in cold,  I let it air dry and made sure it was clean before I stored it away.

They also provided a link to download an e-book with many other recipes that you could make in this pan.

This is a great gift idea too!  Weddings, Birthdays, Valentines Day or Just Because! Treat yourself or treat a friend!

For those of you discerning coffee lovers out there who also prefer being more environmentally friendly, I really think this product is for you. Dispose No More - CupVerdi REUSABLE Single Cup Coffee Filter

I LOVE my single cup coffee brewer.  I have stated this many times to many people!  It is great in a household where we are 2 people who do not drink coffee on an everyday basis but brewing an entire pot is way too much. What is also way too much is the cost of the coffee cups that you need to use in the brewer. I was excited to get this product to try and review.  It allowed me to use my own coffee flavors that I prefer, or if I bought whole bean coffee I ground it up and used the grounds in this single cup filter. There is a max fill line on the inside that allows you to put in as little coffee as you want or max fill capacity. The screening on the filter is so fine that it did not allow any grounds to escape like some other filters I have tried.  Also if you follow the fill allowance the grounds did not explode from the top either as I have had happen with others.  The lid seal was just tight enough to use but easy enough to open to fill or clean....
