Comfortable Deep Sleep Mask

This Dream Essential Silk Premium Black Eye Mask is a very high quality sleep mask that I can recommend for anyone.

It is extremely luxurious. Made of 100% silk. It allows the user to adjust the band in the back to their own comfort level so it is never too tight or too loos. There is additional padding in the undereye/nose bridge area so that it does not lay flat against your face. There were no material lines or marks on any part of my face upon waking up.

This mask completely blocked out 100% of the natural light in the room and the 'false' ligthing from the cable box, alarm clock, etc. I was able to nap during the day when I had a migraine and still use it at night to sleep through.

It is also great to travel with. I took it on a recent train excursion and it kept the sunlight out so I could nap on the train and not be woken by the lighting. It is very well made and easy to care for.
